Urban Crepery café is Located in the heart of beautiful downtown Portland in the green state of Oregon in a historic commercial office building. This tenant improvement project was designed to maximize the functionality of its 1560st space all the while creating a warm and welcoming ambience. All project parameters including, seating, service and cooking metrics were studied at length to guarantee the optimum venture capital results while meeting the code requirements. Rustic – modern design style was selected in order to maximize the utilization of repurposed and reclaimed materials. A generous, light filled waiting and seating area with double height ceilings welcomes the customers while maintaining a warm and intimate atmosphere.
